Bio/Experience
Buddy has broad experience relating to various types of land surveying. His supervision of technical and physical activities of the Survey Division has been an integral part of WPL for 50 years. Buddy has helped make WPL efficient, responsive, and competitive. He strengthened his knowledge base by completing courses in Surveying Studies at Old Dominion College, now known as Old Dominion University. For over 20 years, Buddy has coordinated the surveying division with the engineering and landscape architecture divisions of WPL. He is an integral part of WPL and over the years and has helped to make the surveying division an efficient, profitable and competitive division of the firm.
